Remote Training module aimed to tackle common confusions related to Lean Digital Twin concept and introduce a structured systemic implementation approach covering steps from the digitalization scope, development of a use case to the servitization of the outcomes. The session is supported with a real implemented example of a Lean Digital Twin in production area.

Description:

ROI EFESO remote training is primarily based on interactive and learning by doing approach, where participants are not bombarded with tons of theoretical material and slides, but are rather engaged into training process through the utilization of modern technologies in form of multi participant conferencing platforms, live group surveys, break-out sessions for smaller groups, etc. Though most importantly ROI EFESO remote trainings provide participants a unique opportunity to be virtually present on the shop floor of Lean IoT FAB and be part of the training as if they were physically standing at the training station.
