RT12 LINE BALANCING
Headline:
In 2 sessions participants shortly review Lean theory on muda, muri and mura, key assembly line indicators and get acquainted with tools helping to analyze and quantify waste. A set of lean tools will direct participants towards line optimization and proper rebalancing.
Description:
ROI EFESO remote training is primarily based on interactive and learning by doing approach, where participants are not bombarded with tons of theoretical material and slides, but are rather engaged into training process through the utilization of modern technologies in form of multi participant conferencing platforms, live group surveys, break-out sessions for smaller groups, etc. Though most importantly ROI EFESO remote trainings provide participants a unique opportunity to be virtually present on the shop floor of Lean IoT FAB and be part of the training as if they were physically standing at the training station.
