There are 2 sessions in this training where session 1 is determined for manufacturing / assembly process analysis and session 2 for change-over process analysis. In both sessions participants shortly review relevant theory and learn on examples and videos how to use Paper Kaizen method, how to identify and quantify value adding and differentiate from waste.

Description:

ROI EFESO remote training is primarily based on interactive and learning by doing approach, where participants are not bombarded with tons of theoretical material and slides, but are rather engaged into training process through the utilization of modern technologies in form of multi participant conferencing platforms, live group surveys, break-out sessions for smaller groups, etc. Though most importantly ROI EFESO remote trainings provide participants a unique opportunity to be virtually present on the shop floor of Lean IoT FAB and be part of the training as if they were physically standing at the training station.
