The aim of this training is to open participants’ eyes regarding utilizing ERP system and its possible impact on process efficiency. The training is organized in 4 sessions. It starts with review of the project use cases, shows importance of the master/process data and their quality, gives an introduction to planning strategy and logistics model, teaches basic analytical tools for data understanding and in every sessions gives a chance to participants to test obtained know-how by short exercises.
Description:
ROI remote training is primarily based on interactive and learning by doing approach, where participants are not bombarded with tons of theoretical material and slides, but are rather engaged into training process through the utilization of modern technologies in form of multi participant conferencing platforms, live group surveys, break-out sessions for smaller groups, etc. Though most importantly ROI EFESO remote trainings provide participants a unique opportunity to be virtually present on the shop floor of Lean IoT FAB and be part of the training as if they were physically standing at the training station.
