This module focuses on an accelerated development of a Lean Digital Twin avoiding the most common mistakes, projects, and cost overruns in developing an IoT solution and creating an understanding for the most important aspects of this process. By design, IoT elements are excluded.

Description:

Step 1
Alignment of use case and business benefits. In order to jump start the process, most frequent uses cases are included based on our experience.

Step 2
Independent of the deployed ERP system, development of data framework supporting the expected use case is reviewed and potential issues addressed.

Step 3
Building of interfaces and exports that can provide the required data on a timely basis. Data is collected over a period of several weeks to review the quality or consistency. Inconsistent data and or missing data is often an issue that needs to be addressed.
