Headline:

Based on series of interviews ROI evaluates customer’s lean capabilities in the following areas: Standardization, Flow production, Takt Time, Pull principle, Zero Defect, TPM, 5S, Problem solving, Continuous improvement, Management by objectives, Shopfloor management and Visual management. In the end of the evaluation a lean maturity diagram shows identified gaps towards the lean best practice and serves as a basis for lean implementation tactics determination.

Description:

Step 1 – Introduction to the Scan methodology:
- Review of the Lean Scan form
- Clarification of the self-assessment guidelines

Step 2 – Customer’s self-assessment:
- Internal review at customer and filling the Lean Scan form
- Provision of the filled form to ROI

Step 3 – ROI Lean Scan assessment:
- Review of the customer’s self-assessment
- Determination of required input from customer
- Input gathering
- Input review
- Determination of involved management for interviews – per each area
- Scheduling interviews
- ROI Lean Scan assessment interviews

Step 4 - Presentation (utilizing MS Teams)
- ROI evaluation
- Comparison with customer’s self-assessment
- Proposal of the selected lean implementation initiatives
